Application of Cash register Paper in KTV

Thermistor paper is specially used on thermal printer and thermosensitive fax machine, its quality  has a direct impact on the print quality and storage time, even affects the life of printers and fax machines. Heat sensitive printing paper is generally divided into three layers, the bottom layer is the paper base, the second layer is thermosensitive coating, the third layer is a protective layer, its quality is mainly affected by the thermal coating or protective layer.

KTV also mainly uses thermosensitive cash register paper.

Because of the noise of the KTV environment, the cashier's paper is easy to stain,  we usually choose three thermal sensitive paper, at the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the heat sensitive paper is made of pure wood pulp base paper, and using a double coating process to make each volume of products could be printed clearly, smooth surface, so that consumers can better preserve.

To protect coatings are also critical for storage time after printing, it can  absorb a portion of the light that causes the thermal coating to produce a chemical reaction, slowing down the deterioration of printing paper, and it protects the thermal components of the printer from damage, but if the protective coating is not uniform, it not only will reduce the protection of thermal coatings greatly, even in the course of printing, the tiny particles of the protective coating will fall off. To rub the printer thermal sensor will damage the printing heat sensitive elements.
