The application of cashier paper in restaurant

Thermal paper is a kind of specially coated paper and its appearance is similar to ordinary white paper. The surface of thermal paper is smooth. It is composed of ordinary paper as a paper base and a thermal sensitive color layer which is coated on the ordinary paper. It is painted on the one surface of ord the ordinary paper. The chromophore is made up of adhesives, chromogenic agents and colorless dyes (or leuco dye). It is not separated by microcapsules, and the chemical reaction is in a "latent state". When the thermal paper meets the hot print head,  the chromogenic agent in the print head would react with the colorless dyes.  And the paper would change color and form graphics and textures.


The cashier paper used in the restaurant is also thermal paper. Because the environment of the restaurant is special, three prevention thermal paper is used to prevent oil spilling on paper, resulting in data failure. So there are certain requirements for thermal paper production. The thermal paper must be produced according to the strict standard and fine process, and at the same time, the purity and safety of raw materials must be guaranteed. Only in this way, the thermal paper can be used in high-security level place such as the restaurant.
